As long as your hair is long enough to pile on the top of your head, just curl the ends (like in the tutorial) and pin it in place. (Even if it isn't pretty or neat, that's okay; the scarf will cover it. Just get the curly ends of your hair up to the top, or if your hair is quite short, curl all your hair in front all the way to the roots and leave those out of the scarf instead as your curly loops). Then take the bit of hair from the front and roll it. If your hair is too short for a roll, do a twist and pouf instead!<br /><br />I hope this helps.
